Graduate students are encouraged to apply for all appropriate internal and external funding opportunities, including research grants, grants-in-aid, and scholarship. Popular opportunities for many of our students include:

Texas Tech Graduate School Fellowships and Scholarships

The Graduate School at Texas Tech manages several opportunities for scholarship, including grants-in-aid and Fellowships for new and continuing students. Department of Geosciences Scholarships

Graduate students in the Department of Geosciences at Texas Tech are fortunate to benefit from several internal scholarship funds, which are primarily designed to support student recruitment and research activities.
